PREPARATION

  1. In a food processor add your basil, garlic, almonds and parmesan along with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Pulse this several times and then set aside.
  2. Boil your new potatoes in in a pan until soft before covering them in a small amount of oil, season to taste and st aside.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. Once oven is hot place your salmon on some foil and cover it with your pesto. Cover with more foil and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. After the 15 minutes, sprinkle over some crushed (using a food processor) GoBeDo croutons and cook for a further 5-7 minutes alongside the boiled potatoes until both the crust and potatoes are crispy.
  5. Whilst the salmon and potatoes crisp up, cook your greens in some slightly salted water. Serve the greens, salmon and potatoes on a large plate with some extra pesto on the side. Keep a wedge of lemon for serving.

PREPARATION

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until cooked through but still frim to bite. Roughly 8 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Melt your butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and stir in your flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Slowly pour in your milk whilst stirring until smooth and lightly bubbling.
  3. Add your cheese to the mixture and stir until melted.
  4. In a food processor place your GoBeDo croutons and pulse a few times. Fold your pasta into the cheese sauce until coated and bake under the grill for 5 minutes. Top with your crouton mix and season to taste.

PREPARATION

  1. Add your rocket salad to a bowl. Place over your goats cheese slices, you can heat these under a grill for a few minutes if you prefer it warm,
  2. Slice your fig into quarters and place in the salad.
  3. Sprinkle over your GoBeDo Croutons and drizle over your balsamic glaze
  4. Arrange half of soaked ladyfingers in bottom of a 7x11 inch dish. Spread half of mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers, then half of whipped cream over that. Repeat layers and sprinkle with cocoa. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, until set.
